Featured technologies

  • UR3501: Two-component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding membranes in spiral-wound filter elements. Features excellent open time, hydrolytic stability and thixotropic rheology. UR3501 has very good adhesion to wet or dry membranes used in crossflow filter applications. Product conforms to FDA 175.105 and has been tested by NSF and certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 – Drinking Water System Components – Health Effects.
  • FE7280: Innovative two-component hybrid epoxy adhesive developed for spiral wound reverse osmosis filter elements where blistering is a concern. Features ultra-low blistering, excellent membrane penetration, and is FDA approved.
  • UR3543: Typically used for spiral wound filter elements including reverse osmosis and ultra-filtration elements used in dairy, food and beverage, and industrial applications. Features excellent hydrolytic stability under acid or base conditions at elevated temperatures compared to other polyurethanes for bonding spiral wound filter elements. Compositionally complies with FDA 21CFR175/105
