Rampf Group presents material, machine and automation solutions

Rampf material, machine and automation solutions for filter production.

Rampf Group is set to present its portfolio of reactive resins and production systems with integrated dispensing technology at Filtech 2022, March 8-10 in Cologne, Germany. The group will present products from its sealing foams, conductive casting resins and rigid foams.

Rampf’s sealing foams include the Raku PUR liquid and thixotropic sealing foams and its antibacterial two-component polyurethane system Raku PUR 32-3294-2, certified to the latest standard DIN EN ISO 846 (11/2020). The group also offers conductive casting resins such as its soft Shore A 85 and hard Shore D 80 systems. These systems have a conductivity of 0.03 MOhm/cm. Compact, two-component Raku PUR casting resins are used to fit the filter elements in the filter frame. The polyurethane systems are silicone-free and can be equipped with antibacterial characteristics.

Rampf will also be presenting its automation solutions, including product-specific automation concepts with integrated parts transport and heat treatment.
