LUM GmbH introduced a new measuring instrument for particle size distribution and concentration, the LUMiSpoc. An advanced single particle scattered light photometer, the LUMiSpoc measures the size distribution and concentration using a laser beam. Powered by Single Particle Light-Scattering (SPLS) Technology, it records light scattered into different directions from individual nano- and micro-particles passing the cross-section beam.
LUMiSpoc provides high resolution and a range of measurements from below 100 nanometers to a few micrometers, determining the smallest size differences. It analyzes multimodal and broad dispersed real-world particles.
