Filtration and Separations Society to Hold Water Filtration and Filter
Testing Conference (full
screen) The American Filtration and Separations Society will hold its fall topical conference at the Turf Valley Hotel in Ellicott City, MD on October 4-7, 2010. The topics for this conference are water filtration and filter testing. The conference will be co-located along with the Water Quality Associations (WQA) fall meeting. Water Filtration and Separation The program covers the latest technologies in home, municipal, and industrial water treatment. It will include the prefiltration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, adsorption, filter aids, etc., whether for use in the most modern industrialized countries or developing world countries. The program will focus on solutions to the demanding challenges of providing clean water to meet the requirements of modern society with the diminishing quality and supply of fresh water. Any engineer, scientist, quality control, marketing, sales or administrative person associated with or interested in water treatment will find this conference quite useful.
