The American Filtration & Separations Society (AFS) AFS is the premier organization in North America dedicated to R&D, problem solutions and technology transfer in filtration and separation for the benefit of industrial processes, individual health and a clean environment.

Water Filtration and Filter Testing Conference

AFS in conjunction with the Water Quality Association is holding its second joint conference on water filtration and separation at the Turf Valley Hotel in Ellicott City, MD on October 4-7, 2010. Water is the largest single application for filtration and separation worldwide. This tract will continue the AFS long history of addressing the most pressing issues in filtration and separation.

The Filter Testing program will be well-rounded including test methods, procedures, evaluations and applications. Most types of filters will be addressed including filter aids, coalescers, and even equipment. Of course, conventional media, cartridge, bag and strainer testing will also be covered. Any plant or R&D engineer, QC personnel, test equipment suppliers, and test labs will find this conference quite useful.
