Berry Plastics’ Eugene Beck joins editorial advisory board

Plastics. He was most recently Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Filtration Group, responsible for domestic and international sales of high efficiency HVAC, turbine, and HEPA filtration products. He was previously General Manager at Moldan Nonwovens, and has extensive knowledge in nonwovens as related to HVAC air filtration. Areas of expertise include nanofiber composites, carded, meltblown, airlaid, spunbond, and carbon composite nonwoven air filter media and support scrims.

Beck began his 30 year career at American Air Filter, moved to National Sales Manager for Carpenter Company in Richmond, Va., and then started his own thermal bond nonwoven company manufacturing resin free bi-component fiber filter media. He has served as Associate Council President of NAFA hosting the annual technical seminar, and was a charter member of the CAFS program. He has a BSBM in Marketing from the University of Louisville.
